1. Who we are

2. Information the App handles

The App processes the following on your device only:

• Coda API token — you provide it. It is stored in the App’s private storage on your device and used solely to authenticate requests to Coda’s API on your behalf. It is never transmitted to us or any third party.
• Your Coda content (tables, rows, fields) — fetched directly from Coda’s API to display in the widget and app, and cached locally on your device so the widget works quickly and offline. It is never sent to us.
• App settings (profiles, layout, colors, preferences) — stored locally on your device.

3. Information we collect

None. The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no crash reporting that identifies you. We operate no backend servers and never receive your data.

4. Information sharing

We do not share your data, because we never receive it. The only network connection the App makes is directly between your device and Coda’s official API (https://coda.io) over HTTPS. Your use of Coda is governed by Coda’s own privacy policy and terms.

5. Permissions

The App requests Internet access only, in order to communicate with Coda’s API.

6. Data retention & deletion

All data the App handles lives on your device. To delete it, remove your token within the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect any data from anyone (we collect nothing).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
