Home-screen widget
Pin any Coda table to your home screen. Resizable, always current, and it stays in sync in the background.
Stop digging through browser tabs. Widget for Coda brings any table out of your doc and onto your home screen — then lets you view, complete, add and edit rows from a fast, native app.
Available for Android & iOS
One-time purchase · No subscription · No account with us · Your data stays on your device
A home-screen widget backed by a full native client. Glance at it, act on it, and keep your doc in sync.
Pin any Coda table to your home screen. Resizable, always current, and it stays in sync in the background.
Browse every row in a fast native list that mirrors your widget's layout — no waiting on the browser to load.
Group your list by any column (even a parent, to nest subtasks), sort it, and switch to a checklist view to tick items done in place. Collapsible sections keep big lists tidy.
Create rows and edit fields — text, numbers, dates, selects, checkboxes, scales, people and relations — without ever opening Coda.
Run your Coda buttons straight from a row — mark done, snooze, archive. Optionally hide completed items.
Link related rows with a proper picker, including reverse relations — the part most tools get wrong.
Text, numbers, dates, selects, relations, people, scales and checkboxes — plus images, file attachments and progress bars shown right in the app.
Different tables, tokens and looks — including doc-restricted tokens, one doc per profile. Switch instantly, and run several different widgets at once.
Colors, palettes, light/dark/system themes, fonts, field order, icons, action buttons, and list-or-grid views.
Export your whole setup to a file and import it on a new phone in seconds. Your config travels with you.
Prop a spare tablet on a desk, counter, or wall and Widget for Coda turns into a real-time operational board backed by your Coda doc — no browser, no logins, just your rows with tap-to-act buttons. The same app that lives on your phone scales up into a shared workstation for a whole workflow.
A workshop, studio, or sales desk sees incoming orders update live and marks them fulfilled with a tap — completed ones drop away on their own.
A team works a shared queue on a wall-mounted tablet: claim it, complete it, add the next one — all writing straight back to Coda.
Pick lists and stock rows edited in place, with statuses and quantities updated from the floor instead of a back-office browser.
A shared client or lead list with statuses, owners and next actions — glanceable and editable without opening the doc.
A cheap tablet becomes a wall-mounted status board for a project, a content calendar, or today's schedule — always current.
The original: your tasks, habits or personal CRM one glance away — pinned to the home screen you already check all day.
Paste a Coda API token (free to generate) and pick the doc and table you care about.
Choose which columns and buttons show, set the order, and dial in the look you want.
Drop the widget on your home screen. That's it — your table is now one glance away.
Your most important table — tasks, habits, a CRM, a content calendar — shouldn't be five taps and a loading spinner away. Widget for Coda puts it where you actually look a hundred times a day: your home screen.
Buy it once and it's yours, with free updates. No monthly fees, no account to create, no upsells.

No. You need a Coda account and an API token (free to generate in your Coda account settings). It works with free Coda plans.
Your token and your table data stay on your device and talk only to Coda's official API over HTTPS. There are no analytics, no ads, and no servers of ours — we never receive your data. See our privacy policy.
No. Widget for Coda is an independent, third-party app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coda.
Never. It's a one-time purchase with free updates.
Yes. Create multiple profiles with different tables, tokens and styles, and place several widgets at once.
Yes. If your token is limited to a single document (so it can't list your docs), turn on “Document-Restricted Token” and paste that doc's ID — in a URL like https://coda.io/d/_dAAAAbbbb the ID is AAAAbbbb. Give each restricted doc its own profile and you can work with several docs side by side, each with its own limited token. A token restricted to only a single table isn't supported — it needs to reach the whole document.
Text, numbers (currency, percent, duration), dates & times, single and multi selects, checkboxes, scale/rating fields, people, and relations — plus you can run your Coda buttons (like "mark done") straight from a row.
Editable: text, numbers (currency/percent/duration), dates & times, single and multi selects, scale/rating, checkboxes, people, and relations (including reverse relations). Shown in the app as read-only: images, file attachments (tap to open), and progress bars. Button columns run their action straight from a row.
Yes. In the in-app list you can group by any column (including a parent relation, to nest subtasks under their task), sort within groups, choose the group order, and switch to a compact checklist view that puts a live checkbox up front so you can tick items done. Groups are collapsible, with a quick-add on each.
Yes — and it's one of the best ways to use it. On a tablet the full in-app lists and cards turn a spare device into a live, always-on board for tasks, orders, inventory or a CRM, backed by your Coda doc. Prop it on a desk, counter, or wall and a whole team can view, add, edit and complete rows without ever opening a browser.
Both Android and iOS — the same app, on either phone.
